The one hour internet workshops can be arranged to refresh or introduce users to a certain area of the system version. The workshop is normally attended by up to 4 users, in their office as an alternative to travelling to an event workshop. Full concentration can then be given to the actual functionality with full and clear demonstrations. The events can be designed to include two way communication and a short Q and A session to cement understanding.
Our team spent the day at the GMP offices getting training with Phil and Steph. Both Phil and Steph were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions. It was a day well spent understanding the way GMP Property works and we have come away with a lot of confidence in the system.
I enjoyed our training day much more than anticipated and feel like we covered a lot of ground. The afternoon session using our own system live was most helpful and gave me a greater understanding of what I am currently doing.
Also it was very good to have other members of the team present all asking questions on the different topics and having the answers explained in such detail.

The 2-day training for Kreta Eiendom staff was very important as it showed us in detail all the functions and the logic of the system. We also had the chance to get answers to all of our questions. The system takes a lot of extra work away from us. We do not need to keep numerous excel lists, unnecessary files and folders in our server and we can now easily keep track on what is happening with a prospect or a sale. Everything is in one place.
